    It's a warranty what is there to rate.

    I've only had the adjustable base about 3 months and have had zero issues and it works flawlessly. I'm betting on that I won't ever need the warranty. However, it's nice to know it's covered if anything does become an issue.

    Head to Toe Bundle (Queen)

    This is our household’s 3rd bed in 5 years. We have 3 happy family members. The product is of good quality and comfort. This time delivery went smoother. The boxes were damaged but nothing inside was damaged. We did have to ask for the shipping ID’s for the pillows and sheets. They were sent immediately after the quick phone call.

    We were worried because the last time we ordered this bundle, the pillows were delivered to another door and we never got them and they were never resent or reimbursed.

    Also, we just got an email about a referral bonus offer. That would have been nice before our third bed. That should have been offered after bed #1 or #2. Just saying.
